I'll ask Throttle Crazy to respond to this when I see him today. I'm not sure if your truck has one but if this was happening on my Explorer or my Cobra I would clean the IAC (Idle Air Control valve). It's an electronically controlled value that opens to let more air through the intake to keep the idle steady. Such as when the air compressor engages or when you make a turn at low speeds which loads the engine.

So I was right about everything? Sounds more like me.

Not to pat myself on the back too much... fuel and spark, what else is there?

Not relevant, but a show of my redneckness, there is also a high idle function when you drop engine load suddenly (depressing the cluch getting off the highway). Since my speedo sensor aint working, my Neon would stall. So I put some zip ties under the throttle stop.

My car is still faster than both of yours, it just puffs like a steam engine.

And yall better hope that my pistons are intact, if I need to buy new ones I'll get some to drop the CR and order a smaller pulley to match.

When are we going to get around to dropping a 632 in that car anyways?
