Sean, honestly I don't know about the internals....I know people are putting over 400 to the wheels on e85 with no issues to the clutch/transmission....depending on how you drive the car. The transmissions in the 08+ WRXs are the same found in Legacy GTs, and JDM 5-spd STIs. It's not the (problematic) transmission from 02-07 WRX.

Just a teaser....Got the intercooler on and trimmed the bumper/grille. The TurboXS fits like a glove, no issues what so ever. The GT Spec ELH, uppipe, motor mounts and trans mounts should be on either Thursday or Friday. Cant wait to see the header after the black ceramic coating.

Very cool. How many psi can you run on e85?

I have no idea. I talked with my tuner today and he said if I would run E85 and scale the injectors I would see about 20whp; that is no more boost and no more timing.
For example he mentioned an Evo 8/9 on E85 you could run 32psi on the stock turbo and timing which I think would put you in the +60whp range.

The car made 318whp/334wtq at 18psi on the stock VF-52 and pretty steady at 11.1 afr. Now the next main part on the list is the turbo which I'm still deciding on....should put me around 370ish.
Finished pics of the piping etc...The car PULLS

Thanks, the Eibachs are now residing in Canada with the stock struts. The car is now on BC coilovers which are a huge improvement over the stock struts/Eibachs. The car does sit about the same; probably a hair lower than before.
