Personal hardship is not a sufficient reason to default on a business agreement.

I have a friend who has two bankruptcies under his belt, and he still gets credit card offers. I think he has one with a $20K limit. If he had to buy a furnace, he should have financed it through Sears, or put it on a credit card. Now, he should apply for a credit card, he WILL be able to score at least a $1K line of credit, then take out a $770 cash advance. Deposit, then send a MO, and require delivery signature confirmation.

He needs a better excuse than that, and soon.

It's coming. Just wait. It will explain it all.

Its a link to what megans law is all about you might want to check it out.

Also I think db came in to this thread knowing full well it was going to get heated so if he is so worried about getting stalked why not just stay away (from this thread) and not respond. And just what official position are you in to threaten people with some sort of legal action? If calling someone out because they gave bad info is a crime 80% of PC users would be locked up.
If I see a question I only help if I think I am 100% correct with the help i will be trying to provide. i have no beef with Matt but i have seen several posts where he gave bad information and of that I am 100% sure.

Did I threaten ,I dont think so? I'm not a lawyer or a law enforcement officer.I'm only a volunteer. You guys might want to really read the law. Each time a law is passed there are these little well disguised hooks and bridges in them that remove some more of our privacy rights.I understand the Megans law opened the door so complaints could be filed and proof provided to the stalkers workplace IF the stalker was using the workplace computer to harass. As I said I'm only a volunteer and I only gather information and when that information meets a certain criteria I turn that info over to my superior. What is done with the info is up to the attorneys of the organization where I volunteer.
