That looked like a planned hit, not a car jacking.
Why pull them both out of the car and kill them then leave the car?

I suppose it's possible, but who would plan to do a hit at a gas station? They are virtually ALL under surveillance of one kind or another.

I never said they were good hit men, plenty of people will do anything now a days for cash, on the same point, who would car jack at a surveilled gas station

Yes. Price goes down, less desperation, use and addiction become focus of medical not criminal problem. Legalization will not increase number of addicts. As we now see empirically from broad decriminalization in Portugal, where addiction rates have gown DOWN. The drug war causes violence and death all over the place.
