Default Unemployment
I went to my appeals hearing today. I spent all week writing up all kinds of statements and facts.

They didn't even look at it. I was told to just give them a summary of what I wrote.

My old Employer did not even show up. They called in 2/3 into the hearing with some lame ass excuse and did their statements over the phone.

The Judge even swore them in over the phone.

How in the HELL does that get them to tell the truth. They still lied their asses off.

Thanks, if it goes against me, then I have one more appeal. I WILL use that. It's just that it takes so long to get this done.
