Default 2 Spoiler, 2 Furious

So as some of you have read, after removing 10lbs of Bondo off of my rear lip, I found that the lip was about an inch longer. Consequently my spoiler only had a 1 1/2" over hang... lame. So here we go again. This one will be 9" long with a 4" over hang, but here's the question. Taper, or not?

I like the way the tapered keeps with the body line.

From the pictures, tapered seems to be the way to go here.

He's trying to decide which he likes better the straight edge or the tapered edge. That way when he adds the El Camino back end he know what spoiler to use.
