Default Cruise Up To Crystal Lake Sunday 3/15/15

A bit last minute but a couple of us are going on a drive up the Azusa mountains to Crystal Lake tomorrow, Sunday. Its a nice drive and Crystal Lake is very scenic. We're meeting at 830am at the Shell gas station on Azusa Ave and Baseline off the 210.

Shell gas station
106 S. Azusa Ave.
Azusa CA

The road gets goofy the farther up you go. Are you planning to stop at the turn-out on the left or are you going all the way to the café?

It's amazing how much the temp drops as you climb towards the cafe if it's where I'm thinking it is.

Theoretically I'll have my Vette back and better than ever by next weekend. I don't do mornings, but maybe an afternoon run.

All the way to the cafe. Went about 3 weeks ago and the roads were pretty good. Only the last 2mi or so are a bit rough as you approach the camp sites.

Thanks for putting this together Natie but there are a few things that I should be doing around the house before I go out to play so I’m out. I’ll aim for next time.

No problem man I know I was a bit last minute with it. I'll give more of a heads up next time.

BTW I got a new phone and it looks like my text is huge as I'm typing this. Is it or does it just appear as such on my phone? Lol

The text size looks fine here so I think it’s just on your end. That’s funny. My wife bumped her phone the other day & somehow made the text size huge. She fixed it, but at the time she was like: “What the hell…”
