Default 4.6 95 T-bird

Ok boys here's what I need.

What 4.6s (years and models) will fit a 95 T-bird with NO modifications?
Where I can I find the best deal for a USED 4.6 for that T-bird?

Thanks.

This seems to be a solid answer:

"Any 94-2000 Romeo NPI motor will bolt right in and use his stock aluminum intake and work on the stock tune."

You can't use the Windsor blocks which are 2001+ SOHC motors. Also, I've started looking on craigslist for you but haven't had any luck yet. I'll keep on it.

I like Lakenor for this stuff:

http://www.lkqcorp.com/location/sites.asp?L=19

They have a location in Santa Fe Springs and seem to have several ranging from $400 - $850 for 96 and 97. These are complete engines including computer and harness, etc.
