Well.......I figured it out...yes I know what a surprise


I know what it isn't for sure...not bad gas...or points....or fuel pump......it is a bad....
Ignition switch possibly...

Does any 0ne know if Ford for that year used a Resistance wire or built in Resistance in coil?????

Ok, I found my own answer.. Resistance wire going to coil...just so happens I have an old ballast resistor from the Vette...hmmmmm

Can get it running now...just have to Mickey Mouse a switch and wire set up...


The T-bird is turning into another Brutal...

I dont even know what an ignition switch it. Does it... switch on the ignition? Oh ya, intense deduction right there

Ok, Adam you got me...I have no IDEA what the hell you are saying here

Now that I have had a couple of shots....I figured out what you meant,,,,the ignition switch puts power to the coil which allows the points to fire the coil that jumps an arch across the gap on the pug....yes switches on ignition......switch is in the column.

Poor little pug does not want a an arch jumped across his gap.
