Default Guy's New F250 on 2N17X

Last weekend Guy asked me to take him up 2N17X. The Explorer only has 2wd right now because the pinion gear is missing some teeth so Guy picked me up Sunday andd we took just his truck. He told me he'd been 4 wheeling before but I guess no where like what Phil and I wheel because he said this was the toughest trail he's been on. We only went about half way because he didn't want to get any more scratches in the paint until he gets it wrapped. Here are the pictures I took.

First time up there it was a little more than I expected, but about what I used to fart around on as a kid near my house in Norco with my Jeep.

Guy, Chuck went all the way in his Chevy diesel. But it's not really fair to compare Ford to Chevy.

This trail changes when it rains. It was much more difficult than it was when we took Chuck. It also wasn't that he couldn't make it but was worried about his paint. Big sissy.

Not paint, i've had the truck 6 weeks, i'd like to own it a tad long before I really fuck it up. Besides I really had to take a shit.

You wouldn't have messed anything up, I would have gotten you through everything without any damage.

Maybe after the holidays we can put together another official Motorgen 4x4 run. I just have to get a new ring and pinion for my frontend. I'll post up after I have it fixed and we can set something up.

It's not easy. There are levels between easy and and hard. . .

I'm trying this new thing with vehicles I purchase where I don't rag the fuck out of them right off the bat.
