Bought a GT...
i.
I bought a GTi by Devilbiss, one of the best HVLP guns out there. Haha, sorry Ron and Guy if I got your panties all wet! I was planning to wait till I got a decent job and buy a brand new $500 Sata, but I found the GTi for a steal... so I couldnt resist.

For some odd reason a paint gun was the first thing that popped into my head. Nothing wrong with a devilbiss. Hell, nothing wrong with alot of the low end guns any more. I bought some Leonardo SS HVLP Guns for around $150 each and they look identical to my painters Sata and Iwata guns. You'll love the PPS system too, paint upside down, odd angles and no drip. When done, pitch liner and clean nozzle. Super awesome.

My favorite low end gun is a Master Craft.

The GTi, now Plus, is up there with the Sata RP and Iwata LPH400. The Devilbiss Starting Line is not a top of the line gun, but the GTi is way better

I wasn't saying it was a low end gun. I was simply stating it doesn't really matter any more. Sata, Iwata, Devilbiss, Binks Etc. As long as the parts are quality and not cheap plastic and what not. Even alot of the parts are interchangeable now.
My preference is Sata only because I like the RPS cup system the most. But my guns have the PPS system because it's slightly cheaper for the liners.

Oh I see, ya Satas are the best. Pretty universally accepted. Theres still a lot of crap out there though. Guys online were raving about how awesome the $60 central neumatic purple gun was, and I bought one and its a piece of shit. Its now my primer gun, ha

Ha, that's what I use for my primer gun. I think I only paid maybe $14 for it though. Use once and toss.
