Ya, and I like the idea that although I may run biodiesel all the time, I can also fill up with petrol diesel any time I want when I'm out of the area.

If we didn't live in a state run by complete morons, I'd consider reducing my vehicle fleet down to my Wrangler and doing a diesel conversion for these various reasons. Although, there is apparently some talk of a diesel wrangler coming at which point, it should be an "eligible" engine swap.
