Been watching news all morning. Live pics from LAX and some Northern areas sent in from viewers show sunshine. They are reporting a fast moving storm that is already clearing out in the North-Western areas... If we get a "GO" from others, we are leaving at 10:45..

I live on Sunland blvd about 5 minutes from Vons on Foothill. Roads here are already dry and the clouds are clearing up.

Looking at weather.com looks like some purple and blue precip in the area. Doubt it is making it to the ground though. Not sure how much higher Mt. Baldy is but temps are in the 40s which mean my super sticky summer tires are not going to get very good traction.

Well the sun is pushing through the clouds here in Santa Ana / Costa Mesa... And the reports for the (Tujunga) precipitation drops to 10% at noon and 0% at 1pm... Due to life being the unpredictable joy it is this will be my only shot for a while, I'm going to head on up regardless...
