I've put on 5 lbs over Christmas so I've been runninng a little further than my normal 3 miles. Last week I ran 4.8 miles one day and 5.8 another. Today I ran 8 miles which is the furthest that I've ever run. It's wasn't fast, I averaged 9:45 miles but I'm just happy that I made it that far. Especially since I turn 42 next month.
