I hear ya, had a C5 myself and loved it except she started costing more in repairs/maint at her age than she was worth, seriously considered the '12 GT for a while too, but getting the 86 early just sealed the deal for me, itll hold it value long enough that i can drive it, then sell it for what i paid in case i get bored
plus the 2013 GT is still a while away, and will doubtlessly have tons of dealer markup at launch...same with the C7
