I will be there tomorrow. I am cruising up with Chuck to save on gas and because I need to use a truck to haul the old bumper I have to John's to sell to some guy from Thermal out in Indio.

He is getting it at a steal for sure, but it has been sitting in my garage for over a year so I want it gone. $50 is more money then I have in my pocket right now. Besides I was going to be out there anyway.

Current Questions:

Is the dual sump pan the same for the 302 and 5.0? I am assuming just checking.

Is the pickup tube different? I am assuming, just checking.

Ping regarding bell housing.

Carlos (anyone),
We have a question about cooling capacity. The base car was a 4-cyl. THis is going to be an all iron V8 in an endurance application. Even though it's low power/low compression, I still think heat is going to become a problem. Any thoughts recommendations?


I'll update the OP with all the stuff we've recently acquired and money status.
