You supply the kitchen, spices and coors light(for the cookin, just trust me)
I'll supply the filet, fruit, garlic and culinary entertainment that is sensei
Do you have a bbq with a rotisserie? If not we can do an oven baked roast

I might of missed the location bit. Can I come to you? My wife is private . . like NSA no record of existence level private. This is a Vettezuki visits Shaolin Crane (and whomever operation). Maybe there's a 3rd party interested in providing location??
Technical questions.
- How many Tomatillos and Jalapenos do you think you need?
- Which spices?
- Coors Light? I have a colleague who home brews a variety. I can make a request. Since it's not the alcohol, but the flavors, Coors light doesn't ring any bells for me other than "drinking games." But I certainly defer to your experience.
Could we have something like a sweet potato based option to the garlic toast for carbs? I'm going paleo with food. No biggie.
Presently I do not have a BBQ/Grill.
I might bring a bottle of Red or same beer used in cooking? (unless you have a strict no booze rule) and you can enjoy the entertainment that is Vettezuki after a glass of wine . . . a bottle is made out of glass right?
How's a Friday?
We'll figure something out.

im the same way with my home, so i understand completely how she is, as i can count on one hand how many people ive brought into my home.
I'd probably need a dozen tomatillos and a healthy amount basil, rosemary, oregano, onions, since it'll likely be a 5-7lb roast.
Here is my reasoning about the coors light/corona. Ive tried many different types of alcohol with my filet and tri-tip recipes, most red wine and heavier flavored octane stuff pulls out a negative flavor from the meat, i cant explain it, it just does. Coors light and corona both have a lighter flavor and bring out the subtle flavors in the filet along with not overpowering the added spices.
Im all for trying to find low carb replacements but the sweet potatoe will have an odd flavor with the garlic and tomatillo. I use a small baggette and lightly smear it with a sea salt and garlic paste i'll make and is normally bbq'ed but i guess a toaster or oven will work.
I have no issue with other people drinking, i myself have never touched it and never will, but if everyone else wants to get shit faced plastered then hell, i'll bring the sharpies

So technically, if we had a BBQ with a Rotisserie we could sorta do it anywhere?

BBQ with Roiserie = mobility. Could be a park, outdoors at a shop, driveway, whatever.
