And before you even say it, I decided to drive home because I didn't want to risk a cold start with one metering block working. But it did start, on its own, without me touching anything. So... no, it was not broken down.

Something not working=broken.

Relax, i'm giving you a hard time just as you do to me.

Nothing was broken. And not working properly does not equal broken, nor broken down. Given that the car drove on its own.

So when I was younger and the fuel pump in the Chevelle would vapor lock in traffic I wasn't really broken down? All I had to do was wait 20 minutes for it to cool down and then it would start right back up and I could drive more. I eventually removed the inner fenders which resolved that issue.

Um, no thats broken down because your car is down. Not by choice.

My car turned off by choice, and turned back on when I needed it to. It was no more broken down than your car is when you park it at 7-11 for ten mins.

When your lifter was rattling and I assume you pulled over to diagnose? Were you broken down or parked and cautiously checking?

Keep it coming, Guys statement was clearly false and its not difficult to knock this one down.

I didn't pull over when the rocker broke the second time because I figured that is what happened.

If you had pulled over, you would not have been broken down. You would have been... pulled over. Haha

If I was further away from home I would have because I would not have driven it so we're both right.

mdpalmer’s car. I don’t know there’s just something about a small light-weight car with too much power… I really like this car.
