Hey, I made it.

Maybe you could just Scotch Brite the factory paint and get the same effect.

Why did you note post one of these Sean... Like big, bad Ben I am biased on the Ford products but anything with Shelby on it has to be mentioned. It may not be a high production car but it should be mentioned.

It's just too damn bad the "NEW" Shelbys are so damn fat. It's not like the old days when the 66 Shelbys were around 2,800 lbs not 3,900 lbs.
Hey, made it here.
Thanks for the "backup" on Sunday. Made the trip home easier on the mind.

No problem
It was my pleasure. I do have to admit it was hard chasing a bunch of Chevy's in a GMC. Goes against my nature.

Yea, when you drive a Ford you get used to Chevys trying to keep up.
What's behind you does not matter.

I just wanted to get out and thought why not. It was fun and nice to meet all the guys. Besides, I am too nice to say no if asked.

So, now that you've seen those Vettes on that run, what did you think of them (I know mine is way kool )?
Can't hurt my feeling-I'm a Ford guy.

I liked them all. I have always had a soft spot for vettes. I really like the late 70's/early 80's vettes like Ben's to be honest. Love the lines and the fenders. Don't get all huffy though Glen I like your too.
