Haha it was nice meeting you as well. I was not quite myself so I apologize for that. Going without sleep for a few days and all that driving and Vegas... Took its toll. Sorry about the eggs, guy never shuts up :P

So I had a tire blow out today on the freeway. Absolutely destroyed the bed, bumper, tail light and tailgate.

So I raced Ron in the vette with my old motor. I was on Goodyears, he was on ET streets. He got me off the tree. In the end I ran a low 12 to his high 11, but I had 3-4 mph on him. I was pretty happy considering the HUGE advantage he had with the Mickey Thompsons. He refused to run me on a street tire so i knew there was little hope. I have a set of drag radials and a lot more power and you are not Ron.

I don't blame him for not running on street tires, no reason to if it can be avoided. And you're right, i'm not Ron.

What I'd like to see are some Ron vs. Carlos road course track data breakdowns in the same car (not theirs). Zero mouth, all data.

I matched Rons time at the roval in my stock 5.0. Between the NT05s and the Vortech I think it's safe to say he had an advantage. We will be going to the track at some point. I have taken a lot of weight out of the car, added massive brakes, aero and a lot of cooling. I'm going hard with NASA in spring.
