Woke up this morning after some extreme pain last night, with no pain, and no sling, must have taken it off in my sleep. Full range of motion, little soreness but it feels good. We'll see how the next week goes.

Loving my new TENS unit. Used it for about an hour today and the pain is almost gone

Yup. All over that. I have everything now, well maybe. Might go with link bar lifters, not sure they're needed though, I only spin that engine to 6200.

My flywheel just showed up. Not sure why RPM got the bad rap for these, $100 neutral balance SFI billet steel with hardware. Works for me. Who cares if they're not OE thread and dowel size, they're included.
