We've got to hold some kind of record for lurkers, but in any event, we're not going anywhere barring Armageddon.

I can say though, with a reasonable degree of confidence that other than a few core big sites that have been around since the 90s (LS1Tech) many sites are much lower trafficked than they were previous to the economic downturn. Also, while I'm a red blooded capitalist pig for sure, the amount of advertising on many sites is just in the gaudy/annoying range.
