Yeah, i drove it onto the trailer monday when i picked it up, when i got back i did some burnouts to hear the sound. It's loud, but lower than 3k rpms its not bad and has the perfect sound IMO.

Is this car more for the track than the street?

Pypes has a wed site. I had regular turbos mufflers before that were 35 years old. Pypes do come in 3 inch. They have there different types with each their own sound.
Shitmasters flow about 350 cfm (each) cold and my Race Pro's flow at 505 each.

I vote for Dynomax Bullets. That's what I run on my car (you can guess which car). Straight through, 3", only $40 a pop from Jegs. No packing to blow out, loud but they take the edge off.
The only mullfer that flows better than the Bullet is the... Borla XR1? I think. But those are like $200+

You can also get them in different lengths. I got the longer ones, 18" I think.

P.S. If you're going to sell your Flowmasters let me know, I have a friend with a Jeep that wants one.

I want to run the Chevelle without them at the next race and see what it does and then go from there. I'm going to make up some 18 inch tubes to bolt on to the end of the headers to extend them before the September race. I've heard that the extentions help with midrange power witout hurting the lower and upper ranges but I guess we'll see.
