If the Feds haven't frozen the accounts the CFO, or COO should be able to unilaterally authorize AP to run payroll.

All of the owners accounts...his wifes...and sons have been frozen.....something is being done starting with an injunction...from what I hear.

If the company was organized as a C corporation, and by the sounds of it I can't imagine it wasn't, that specific entity would be isolated from personal accounts. All I mean is that it's possible for personal accounts to be frozen and the corporation to continue operations pending investigation. If it was a sole proprietorship, or S Corp, or not registered as an entity at all (almost impossible to imagine) then it may be a different story.

I recommend you ping enkeivette about the situation and what rights you may have under the law to seek your compensation for work rendered. It's not so common that powers will say "hey, here's your due." He works affordibly for friends, is excellent (I've used him a couple times) and if you have thousands or even hundreds of dollars pending I think it is absolutely worth a chat. I have no idea what is or isn't possible, that's what the experts are for. Just don't wait and think the Feds give a shit about you. They don't. They want "THEIR" money first. You're an afterthought at best. Sorry to be brutal about it, just want to see you settle up at least.

Ben, read about 'piercing the corporate veil,' thats why you hire someone like me to write your articles

As far as Glenns compensation, it will depend on the types of shenanigans. If the corp money was considered stolen, than it never had title to the money, and thus Glenn would be suing a penniless corporation. Id try to shmooze with your payroll person and see if you can get yourself a check. Because the alternatives are bleak and difficult.

If thats not possible, hit me up and Ill see what I can do.
