When I went to the services I was prepared to get up and say a few words about Aaron. It was not allowed. Only family members got to speak or read from letters. I actually did have something to say.


A lot of people do not know what good friends we were. I don't have a lot of friends. Most people find me hard to take. Like I said Aaron kept up and got what was me.

Damn, I miss him.


Sorry about all this, but I don't have anywhere else to express this.

No trouble dude, it's a terrible thing that happened. Sorry to hear you didn't get to say what you wrote. Feel free to post it here if you want - it was obviously important if you took the time to write it and we're all willing to listen.

A truly good friend is a rare thing. While it might have made you feel better to speak your mind, I'm not so sure anyone there would have understood anything because they were probably lost in their own thoughts. If you wish to, do feel free to write here, we are here to listen. Above all, remember your friend happily for who he was and let the rest fade away. It's all any of us can do in cases like this.
