Stay at the nicest hotel you can get. Make sure it has a nice club like Belagio or Mandalay Bay. There are always groups of hot girls waiting in line and you can get them in the bar with your room key. Ask them where they are staying. It will probably be someplace cheap (if not go find other girls). Offer to show them your suite (not room) and then tap that ass to sleep.
This is my formula (minus a binge drinking) for a good time in Vegas. It's worked 100% for me  . |

I got a killer deal at the tropicana(i know i know) but they just remodeled their Tower deluxe rooms and for the price of the weekend for a place that nice(going by the yelp pictures) on the strip i couldnt pass it up |

If not I staid at New York New York one time and got a room with a hot tub in the middle. Good times.
