No, not really. You generally drain the excess oil off the pistons. The idea here is to get plenty of oil to wrist pins.

Last oil question, should I use this moly lube on the wrist pin in lieu of oil?

If it's floating pin then yes if they are not assembled. If it's a pressed fit and already together, then oil soak them.
