GT-R's are amazing. The LF-A is overpriced. I want a Z06.

I'd take the GTR over a Vette. The bang for the buck is much better. I'd still like to have at least a Z06 as well.

I think for going fast in most real world street circumstances (other than a freeway roll maybe) the GT-R is gonna be faster a lot of the time. But I kinda get the impression it is (or was anyway) a bit numb to drive, just not a lot of engagement. Stupid easy to go stupid fast . . . but a bit dull in some sense. The thing I love about my H&C LSx C3 is that it's reasonably fast, but a hoot to drive. Literally the only thing approaching a driver aid is vaccuum assisted power brakes, that's it. It kinda does what you tell it, mixed in with what it decides to do thanks to 60s era rear suspension design.

If price wasn't a factor it would be ZR1>GT-R>ZO6. With value considered it's GT-R>ZR1>ZO6.

My $.02, Z06/Z07>Zr1>GTR, value or performance. The only issue with vettes are that if you want to get close to what it's really capable of you have to get out and drive for real on tracks. Not some street bullshit. GTRs not so. The computer does it for you, but you will not be able to catch a Z with a good driver.

and for an 8 second GTR? youre looking at uh....nevermind, there isnt one :P
(Fastest street GTR is the AMS Alpha 10, which is a $64,000 package on top of your 90k GTR. which runs low 9s, last I had heard, and does not do so on pump gas. )
