So we spent a while cleaning the car today, only had enough time to compound it once. There is plenty of dye back so it will need to be done again before I glaze and wax it. But so far its leaps and bounds better

Well i put the polished up pics on CL in anticipation of getting it fixed and I'm already getting phone calls. Should go soon. Also found a low mileage engine for it for $400. Just goota poop out $400 some how.

If youre going to put a new engine in it Id say cam it. The engines already out of the car, and the cost of a cam, considering youre not paying for install would up its value a lot.

Because every half-wit wanna be gear head knows that 'cammed' is a very good thing.

Ron has graciously offered his stock cam. Which is obviously the same cam that the car came with. The car will be bone stock save for the exhaust. It's easier to sell a stock cobra then a modded one. And its easier to sell aftermarket parts separate then with the car.

Plus the cost of giving up the cam that's in it now would hurt the value of being able to completely assemble the extra all forged 306 I have as a turn key motor.
