Tequila is excellent for cooking and of course the alcohol is cooked out leaving behind the wonderful agave flavors without the buzz.
Oh and for those of you who do imbibe, although I no longer feel the need for a chaser, if you must follow Tequila with something I have found that a chunk of quality dark chocolate is simply exquisite.
