Was that originally displayed as your first selection? If yes then yes. If it was never displayed as his Avatar, then no.

Let's set the rule, maybe enkeivette can turn it into some incomprehensible legal language.

BASIC RULE
The winner of an avatar bet can select any avatar and title they wish. As soon as said avatar and title is in place, they are fixed for the term of the bet. The winner may not exchange the selected avatar or title for a different one once in place.

EXCEPTION
The only exception to this principle is if Motorgen mods or users deem the selection to be out of bounds and something that would be potentially disruptive to other, especially new users who don't know what's going on. A giant horse cock for example. . .
