If you have a business that earns income and files taxes () then technically yes, though there would be lots of restrictions. Technically, doing things like a "company car" etc., is kind of tedious. They'll also be cracking down on this sort of thing hard core in the future. If you're small time, better just to stay off the radar with your hobbies . . .
