Default The New Camaro is officially here!

Here is the homepage:
http://www.chevrolet.com/camaro/

Specs:

Colors:

The V8 is a little piggy (3860lbs with manual, 3913lbs with auto) but the horsepower is nice 422hp/408 lb/ft. The 6speed autos/sticks are also very nice. For most people, the 300hp 3.6Liter V6 is an awesome option with a 6-speed auto. Overall, not too bad.

You'd think with the gas prices that they would have gone for a lighter car with less hp. That's just too heavy.

The 300 hp V6 is pretty cool, first I've heard of that. I wonder what sort of mpg it will get. Might be a cool transplant for old dialy driver hot rods.

The V6 is the same direct injection unit from the new Cadillac CTS.

This car's design spec and tooling was decided YEARS ago. The reason modern cars are so damn heavy is because of gadgets, but mostly safety features like structural reinforcements, air bags etc.

Not sure about around town, but it gets 26 Highway. I'd guess maybe 18-19 around town only. Again, you're basically getting a CTS drivetrain in a nice looking Chevy coupe. Not a bad deal.
