The event remined me of my ole street racing days. It was pretty darn good for that kind of event. Just a bunch of car nuts talking cars and how to make them faster. That works for me.


There was a shit load of Buicks there. The guy with the white ( first white one there )Buick was ready to run anyone. He came from Temecula. He was sooooo shy about showing his car.

I especially like the part where he said his DRs and skinnies were his "street" tires, and he puts the slicks on at the track. It's too bad it's not like the ole days where there were long abandoned stretches where you could race at only a risk to yourself. No more.
