Let Us All Bow Our Heads in Respect
Not only for the passing of a man, but of an era.
On Friday, November Thirtieth, the year of our Lord Two Thousand and Seven, Robert Craig "Evil" Knievel died.
Considering he probably should have died a few dozen times already, making it to 69 ain't such a bad run. I really do think this is a passing of an era. Sure, we have stunt men, and "jack asses". But when is the last time you saw somebody on live television trying to pull something off that really could kill them. Sure, we're safer, but I can't help but think sometimes that our world is a little less vibrant . . . a little less interesting.
Rest in Peace Mr. Knievel.
