American Open Wheel Coming Back
I never followed IRL or Champ car that much, but the bloom is a little off the rose for me on F1. No American driver, no American team, no American venue even . . . interesting approach to appealing to the American market.
Now that IRL and Champ is back together, I think I'll start following it (even though there aren't that many American drivers.) The technology isn't quite as radical, but I do like the idea of open wheelers going to both street course (tracks and cities) and ovals . . . that is definitely more interesting than F1.
