Default Offer to tint lenses for those who help out on the Snake.

I bought a new thing of Candy black (expensive stuff) tint to do my brothers lenses, but he wimped out last minute.

If you guys want, we can do lenses right after we paint the Snake. It would be easy and quick. We'll need to set a date obviously after the car is ready.

You can see one of my lenses here. This was 5 coats of candy black and 3 coats of clear. These light up bright red at night, indistinguisable from non-tinted lenses. During the day, the brightness does suffer some. But if you want you could stick with only 2 or 3 coats of candy black.

To prep, you'll need to wetsand them with 600 till they are completely dull. I have a bunch of 600 left over too. If your lenses are discolored and old, you'd need to remove all of the nasty plastic with 320 wet first.

Juuust a thought.

Yours look great, maybe I'll thinking about doing the Cobra. I kind of like the way they are now though. Maybe I should do the Mazda
