92 Ranger 4 cyl - ignition issues
For reasons we cannot find this thing sometimes, especially when it's hot, misfires. We can hold a timing lite on the wires and watch it. Not all wires do this. It's a 8 plug 4 banger.
We have replaced the following
*Coils
*plugs
*plug wires
*ignition module
crank trigger
injectors
* multiple times.
Anyone got a clue? We have been battling this for 3-4 years now. When it runs right it gets up and goes. Today high 90's with the AC on - ran like shit.
