Default Limited slip additive negative effect in Trans?

Need some 75w90 for a manual trans, any reason I cant use 75w90 with the limited slip additive? Wouldnt cause issues with the synchros or anything?

Ya I dunno either... should be fine I would think. I dont think extra slipperiness in a manual trans should matter, since there are no clutches.

I agree... I don't think it would hurt..If it slips the synchros enough, you could shift without using the clutch....

Dang, was going to put a roll eyes smiley in there, but can't do it from "edit"

I believe the additive is only to help keep the clutches from chattering. I don't think it will hurt anything.
