Exhibition Race
I was reading an article today in C&D about the DBR9, and it mentioned some of the complaints the Prodrive team has about the differences between the C6R and the ZO6 (namely that it uses a diferrent block). Curiously they don't seem to mind the differences between the DBR9 and the DB9. . . Then it occured to me; wouldn't it be cool if there was maybe one exhibition race per year during the ALMS where these teams competed in the street versions of their cars exactly as they come from the dealer? I think that'd be pretty cool.
