I'm going to guess that he won't want to bother tuning the HHR. And 22-29mpg is very livable, the new Focus only gets 24 city. Listen to me... only.

My Dodge friend is always bugging me to tune on the Neon... but I ask, what's the point? So it will run 14s?

I've never been a fan of the HHR, but the new one looks much better. Kinda cool. Like a low rider SUV almost. Don't tell me if it's FWD, I'd rather be under the impression that it's rear drive.
