A gallon of concrete etching cleaner is $14 or so at HomeDepot. This stuff is pretty bad, it's used to clea/prep concrete for maximum paint adhesion.
The Simple Green cleaner is available in two strengths - regular and professional. The gallon of the pro strength is less than $10, also at HomeDepot. Like Jeff said, it's good stuff.... it doesn't hurt to have a gallon of both handy....

I tried bleach but that didn't work for me... didn't care for the smell either....
