This seems to be a solid answer:

"Any 94-2000 Romeo NPI motor will bolt right in and use his stock aluminum intake and work on the stock tune."

You can't use the Windsor blocks which are 2001+ SOHC motors. Also, I've started looking on craigslist for you but haven't had any luck yet. I'll keep on it.
