I'll ask Throttle Crazy to respond to this when I see him today. I'm not sure if your truck has one but if this was happening on my Explorer or my Cobra I would clean the IAC (Idle Air Control valve). It's an electronically controlled value that opens to let more air through the intake to keep the idle steady. Such as when the air compressor engages or when you make a turn at low speeds which loads the engine.
