You take the 138 to the 173. Turn right on Pilot Rock Truck trail (2N17X) and then make the left onto the dirt trail before you get to the dam. About a quarter mile up the dirt road you will see a truck trail on the left that has two ways up. The right side goes up a rock wall and the left is a dirt hill but they both join together after about 50ft.
