The longset runway is about 2 miles. The husband of a friend of Frankie's puts on this event
http://www.musclecar1000.com/ . It is a very costly luxury adventure, $5500 !! Each ! They drive up the coast, staying at 5 star hotels.
Last year they did drag racing at El Toro. One car on each runway. Not sure of any other details , outta my league.
