Next we need that glue that bonds fiberglass to metal. The stuff I bought to do my car bonded SMC to metal, but I'm willing to bet if SEM or someone makes a glass to metal glue it would be cheaper than what I used.
Mine was $50 a tube, so you might want to get Kameleon to hook you up with a discount or maybe score some online if it's cheaper.
If you don't want to bond the bumper to the metal I might be able to make the edges nice enough after some finessing to just bolt on with a seam, but that will take alot more time.
