Sorry just assumed it was a car stereo. It would definately be cheaper to fix it then. My dad bought a Kenwood about 6 or 7 years ago that has 200 watts per channel x 5 channels but he paid $1500. I didn't go with the top of the line when I bought mine. My home entertainment receiver in my family room is a Pioneer and only puts out 120 watts x 5 channels and I think I paid somewhere around $300 - $350. The one in my loft is a Kenwood that puts out 100 watts X 5 channels but I only paid $150 for the Kenwood at the Kenwood outlet a few years ago.
