When your looking at a video and you click on the screen name of the poster below the video, it doesn't take you to their profile. For instance i was watching a run and i wanted to see the guy's car but their was no link to his profile...

You mean next to "Poster"? That'll take you to there pictures/or videos, like if you were browsing Member Galleries. Unfortunately, this is a bit screwey. The component we use for pics/vids is not easy to hack. However, this is something we've got on the books for fixing. For now, you'll just have to look at the name of the poster and use the Member Directory.
