Proper Solvent for Cleaning a Paint Gun

My brother's gun has a little enamel paint dried within it. Don't think paint thinner is strong enough to break it up. How do you thoroughly clean a gun in this condition?

oh weird, it's working here at work. Basically the dude in the article soaked his full of paint stripper. The spray and foam stuff for hard to reach places and washed off with water.

It works now, I think when I happened to look last time the site must have been temporarily down.

LAQUER THINNER. Clean the tip, loosen the cap, work the trigger to percolate, dump out the laquer thinner. Fill it back up, spray some out. (For a quick clean up)
